Purposes of collection
The Company collects personal data for CEO AI HUB membership applications and eligibility checks, membership administration, advisor contact, business-needs assessment, AI and advisory service arrangements, event invitations and registration, member-rights notices, customer relationship management, service-quality follow-up, and information relating to CEO AI HUB services.
Categories of personal data
Depending on the information you submit or the services you use, the Company may collect your name, telephone number, email address, company or organisation, job title, industry, basic company information, service requirements and other information you voluntarily provide.
If additional information is required for a specific advisory, AI adoption or customised enterprise service, the Company will provide a separate notice based on the actual service.
Period, region, recipients and methods of use

- For the duration of the stated purpose, membership relationship, necessary business operations, or any period required by law; after the purpose ceases, information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s data-management rules.

- Within the Republic of China (Taiwan), and other regions necessary to provide CEO AI HUB services.
- Recipients
- PENG SI FU INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd., personnel delivering CEO AI HUB services, and service partners or entrusted processors within the necessary scope.

- Electronic, digital, automated or non-automated collection, processing and use, including telephone, email, SMS, messaging software, membership systems and other appropriate methods.
Your rights
Under applicable personal-data laws, you may request access, review or a copy of your personal data; request supplementation or correction; request that collection, processing or use cease; and request deletion. Please contact CEO AI HUB official customer service or a contact channel designated by the Company to exercise these rights.
Effect of not providing personal data
You may choose whether to provide personal data. If information necessary for membership application, identity verification or service arrangement is not provided, the Company may be unable to complete your application, advisor contact, member-benefit activation or related services.
